The members of the community come from different walks of life, from ages 16 and up. They consist of both male and female students. They interact on daily basis from the start of the day all trainees at job corps most attend the mandatory morning assembly, to interacting with each other in the classroom. To being in the dorms on their floors. I believe that a lot of the interactions students have with each other is on their floor, because you are living with these people you have to see them every day, so at some point in the day you will de interacting with people on the floor. What is central to our membership is ourcommon goal which is to get your high school diploma as well as being certified in your particular trade of choice. these are central to this community because it helps all of us further better ourselves. The members of tijcc chose to be apart of the community all individuals had an option whether to be at job corps or not. The communities characteristics conist of being motivated, strong willed, determination, the benefits of being apart of the tijcc community are you get to meet and make lifelong friends. Your getting the chance to better your life by getting job skills , as well as experience. Being able to graduate from high school , so that you can compete, in the job market or continue your education. Some of the dis advantages of being here is that sometimes you can get sucked into the drama on center. Some get involved with the wrong crowds which is dis treating them from their goals. It’s successes are that we have people move on from here with a job a place of their own. The program itself prodwces successful individuals. I enjoy my tijcc community because they are accepting , I feel  a sense of belonging. Sometime being apart of the tijcc community I do not like all the rules implemented. But as time goes on you realize you will always have rules it’s making the best out of the situation.
